WAMA’S POLICES

  • f you choose to cancel your reservation, you will receive a:

    -Full refund, minus payment processing fee and exchange rate losses, for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in.

    -50% refund, minus payment processing fee and exchange rate losses, for cancellations between 7 and 30 days before check-in.

    -No refund for cancellations less then 7 days before check-in.

  • Full payment is required to secure your reservation.

  • We accept one dog per room, but have a few rules:

    -Pick up their poop

    -On the leash while outside

    -Don’t leave them unaccompanied in the room

    -No excessive barking

    You are financially responsible for any damages created by your dog. If these rules are violated your reservation will be terminated with no refund.

  • Between 10pm and 8am

  • No smoking inside the rooms or in the pool area. Smoking is allowed on the terraces and rooftops.

  • Pool Hours 7am -9pm

    The pool is for guest enjoyment, but please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. Swimming is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. No diving is allowed.

  • The hot tub takes about three hours to heat up. Please coordinate with us if you would like to use it so we can turn on the heater.

  • WAMA is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own well-being and belongings at all times.

  • WAMA is not liable for any failure to fulfill obligations or provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, hurricanes, tropical storms, earthquakes, power outages, government actions, civil disturbances, pandemics, or other acts of force majeure.

    In such cases, no refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued for cancellations, early departures, or interruptions to your stay. We strongly recommend that guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance, especially during hurricane season (June–October), to protect against unforeseen disruptions.
